# Centene Corp

> How to enroll in EFT/ERA and change your bank account for Centene Corp, step by step.

## Enroll in EFT or update your bank account

These are sequential, each one depends on the last:

1. Go to [https://www.payspanhealth.com](https://www.payspanhealth.com) and select Register (request a registration code from the payer if you do not have one).
2. Enter your TIN, NPI, and billing ZIP code to verify your identity.
3. Set up your practice profile and add the bank account(s) for EFT deposits.
4. Choose your preferences for EFT, ERA, and online payment presentment.
5. Submit, then confirm the small (under \$1) test deposit PaySpan sends to verify your bank account. Support: 1-877-331-7154.

## If you are switching banks

Re-run the enrollment above with the new account details. Until the change is
confirmed, payments continue to the old account, keep it open and sweep the
balance until deposits from Centene Corp appear in the new account. See
