# PaySpan (Zelis)

> EFT/ERA enrollment through PaySpan (Zelis), which payers it covers and how enrollment works.

PaySpan handles EFT/ERA for Centene-family plans (WellCare, TX CENP), Devoted Health, and more. You register with a payer-issued registration code and verify with a sub-\$1 test deposit.

## Changing banks

Enrollment in this portal points payments at a specific bank account. When you
switch banks, log back in and update the deposit account for **every payer
listed above**, payers do not share bank changes with each other, even inside
the same portal. Keep the old account open until you see deposits land in the
