# UMR

> How to enroll in EFT/ERA and change your bank account for UMR, step by step.

## Enroll in EFT or update your bank account

These are sequential, each one depends on the last:

1. Go to [https://myservices.optumhealthpaymentservices.com/registrationSignIn.do](https://myservices.optumhealthpaymentservices.com/registrationSignIn.do) and sign in with your provider credentials.
2. Locate "UMR" in your payer list.
3. Click on the payer to view or update your payment and portal settings.

## If you are switching banks

Re-run the enrollment above with the new account details. Until the change is
confirmed, payments continue to the old account, keep it open and sweep the
balance until deposits from UMR appear in the new account. See
