# Optum Pay (Optum Health Payment Services)

> EFT/ERA enrollment through Optum Pay (Optum Health Payment Services), which payers it covers and how enrollment works.

Optum Pay is UnitedHealth Group's payment portal. It covers UnitedHealthcare, UHC Community Plans, UMR, GEHA, AARP Supplemental, and the Optum VA CCN regions.

## Changing banks

Enrollment in this portal points payments at a specific bank account. When you
switch banks, log back in and update the deposit account for **every payer
listed above**, payers do not share bank changes with each other, even inside
the same portal. Keep the old account open until you see deposits land in the
