# Medica (InstaMed + Optum Pay)

> EFT/ERA enrollment through Medica (InstaMed + Optum Pay), which payers it covers and how enrollment works.

Medica splits electronic payments across InstaMed and Optum Pay, you enroll with both to cover all Medica payer IDs.

## Changing banks

Enrollment in this portal points payments at a specific bank account. When you
switch banks, log back in and update the deposit account for **every payer
listed above**, payers do not share bank changes with each other, even inside
the same portal. Keep the old account open until you see deposits land in the
