# HAP (Health Alliance Plan)

> EFT/ERA enrollment through HAP (Health Alliance Plan), which payers it covers and how enrollment works.

HAP uses a paper Direct Deposit (EFT) application emailed to accounts payable, verified with a 1-cent test deposit.

## Changing banks

Enrollment in this portal points payments at a specific bank account. When you
switch banks, log back in and update the deposit account for **every payer
listed above**, payers do not share bank changes with each other, even inside
the same portal. Keep the old account open until you see deposits land in the
