# Availity Essentials

> EFT/ERA enrollment through Availity Essentials, which payers it covers and how enrollment works.

Availity's Transaction Enrollment tool handles EFT and ERA for BCBS plans (IL, TX and others) and Humana. Enrollment is at the Tax ID level, so every NPI under the TIN is covered at once.

## Changing banks

Enrollment in this portal points payments at a specific bank account. When you
switch banks, log back in and update the deposit account for **every payer
listed above**, payers do not share bank changes with each other, even inside
the same portal. Keep the old account open until you see deposits land in the
